What is the short answer?
Short answer: Dokka sells two modules on top of your ERP: Dokka AP (invoice capture, PO matching, approvals) and Dokka Close (AI agents for reconciliations, journal entries, flux and consolidation). Yoraito covers the close, AP invoice processing and AR tie-outs too, but computes every reported number with saved SQL a reviewer or auditor can rerun.

What does Dokka do well?
- AP depth. Capture across formats, PO matching, approval routing and posting with the invoice attached.
- Two modules that connect. AP feeds the close in one platform.
- Certifications today. Dokka states ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 examination, which Yoraito doesn't yet have.
Where is Yoraito different?
- Deterministic numbers. Matching, tie-outs and totals run as SQL. The same inputs give the same outputs, every run.
- Rerunnable evidence. Each figure carries a query ID your auditor can rerun.
- Labelled AI. Drafts are labelled Evidenced, Likely or Needs owner.
- Xero and Zoho Books are direct connectors, as well as NetSuite and QuickBooks.
- Assisted Close if you'd rather have the close run for you.
Who should not switch to Yoraito?
- Teams that need an ISO 27001-certified or SOC 2-examined vendor today. Yoraito's SOC 2 Type I is targeted for Q4 2026.
- AP-heavy teams whose main need is high-volume invoice capture and approvals with deep SAP Business One or Priority integration.
