Give your clients a close they can prove. Keep the client.
Yoraito runs the close, AP and AR, and every number traces back to SQL that you and your client's auditor can rerun. You refer the client, stay their advisor, and earn a revenue share on every account you bring.
Built for the people who already close the books
CPA and CAS firms
You run client accounting for a book of growing companies. Yoraito handles the matching, tie-outs and first-pass review so your team spends its hours on judgment, not ticking. Every client's close ends with evidence you can hand straight to their auditor.
Fractional CFOs and controllers
You carry five or ten clients at once and their closes collide in the first week of the month. Yoraito keeps each close moving between your check-ins, and flags only what needs you.
Outsourced accounting and bookkeeping firms
You sell repeatable, on-time books. Yoraito gives every client the same close steps, the same review trail and the same evidence, whichever accountant on your team picks it up.
PE operating partners
You need every portfolio company to report on time, in the same shape. Yoraito brings each portco's close to one standard. Operating partners don't take a commission; instead you get portfolio pricing, onboarding for each company and a quarterly close briefing across the portfolio.
Your client stays your client
We build software that makes your work easier to check. We don't build it to take your seat at the client's table. When you refer a client, they are registered to you, and questions about advice, judgment or scope come back to you.
- 01Register first, and the client is yours. Register a client before the first intro. Once we accept it, nobody else can claim that client during the protection window.
- 02We route advice back to you. If a referred client asks us an accounting or advisory question, we answer the product part and point them to you for the rest.
- 03You set your own fees. Charge your clients for implementation, review and advisory work as you see fit. Your fees are yours.
What you get as a Yoraito partner
- 01Revenue share on every referred client. You earn a share of the revenue from each client you refer. Full terms, payout timing and options are in the Partner Guide we send when your application is approved.
- 02Deal registration that protects you. Register a prospect in two minutes. We accept or decline within 2 business days, and an accepted registration is protected for a set window that extends while the deal is active.
- 03Training and certification. A short course on running a close in Yoraito, reviewing its output and reading a SQL trace. Certified partners get listed as Yoraito-certified on their own materials.
- 04A named partner manager. One person who knows your firm, your clients and your pipeline. No ticket queue.
- 05Co-marketing. Guest spots on Ticked and Tied, our podcast and newsletter for finance teams. Co-written guides for your clients. A place in our partner directory when it launches.
- 06Early access. See new features before general release and tell us what your clients need next.

A close that survives fieldwork
An answer with a confidence score is hard for an auditor to test. Yoraito writes the SQL behind each match, tie-out and journal, so a reviewer can rerun the query and get the same number.
For your firm, that means fewer "how did you get this?" emails in January, PBC requests you can answer from the close itself, and review notes that point at evidence instead of opinions.
- Every number links to the query that produced it.
- Every exception shows what was compared, what didn't match and who cleared it.
- Works with the systems your clients already use: 22 named systems, 11 direct.
Bank and ledger agree after 3 reconciling items.
View SQLThree tiers. Same revenue share at every tier.
Tiers change the support, leads and marketing you get. They never change your revenue share.

If you audit or review a client
Firms that perform attest work for a client often can't accept a referral payment from a vendor to that client, depending on the state board rules that apply to you. If that's you, tell us when you register the client and we'll use an alternative arrangement that doesn't involve a payment to your firm. Your partner manager will walk you through it. We'll ask you to confirm your own compliance with your state board's rules when you register.
Partner program FAQ
Who can become a Yoraito partner?
CPA and CAS firms, fractional CFOs and controllers, outsourced accounting and bookkeeping firms, and PE operating partners. If you close books or oversee the close for other companies, you're a fit.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. There's no fee to apply, join or stay in the program.
How does the revenue share work?
You earn a share of the revenue from each client you refer, for the period set out in the Partner Agreement. We share the rate, the payout options and the payment schedule with every approved partner before you register your first client.
Do I have to resell Yoraito or handle billing?
No. Your client subscribes to Yoraito directly. You don't invoice for us, collect for us or carry any credit risk.
What if two firms introduce the same client?
The first registration we accept wins. That's why we ask you to register before you make the introduction.
Can I still charge my clients for my own work?
Yes. Implementation, review, advisory and ongoing close support are yours to price and bill.
What systems do my clients need?
Yoraito works with 22 named systems, 11 of them direct, including the common small and mid-market GLs. The full list is on our integrations page.
I'm a PE operating partner. Do I earn a commission?
No. Operating partners don't take a commission. Instead, your portfolio gets portfolio pricing, onboarding for each company and a quarterly close briefing across the portfolio.
